I. Order Processing Time

Order Handling: We typically complete order confirmation, preparation, and packaging within 4–7 business days.

Ready-Stock Products: Usually ship out within 3–10 business days.

Custom-Made Products: Require additional craftsmanship and generally ship within 2–3 weeks.

Shipping Timeframe: Delivery time is calculated from the date the package is shipped, not from the order date.

II. Shipping Fees

  • U.S. Orders: Free shipping on all orders.
  • International Orders: Flat shipping fee of USD $35. Additional charges may apply for special services or high-value orders, which will be displayed at checkout.

III. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment (processing time not included).
  • Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

IV. Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped via trusted international couriers with a trackable tracking number.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package in real time.

V. Duties & Import Taxes

  • International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Shera Jewelry does not collect or prepay duties/taxes on behalf of customers.
  • If a package is refused due to customs charges, return shipping and any related fees will be deducted from the refund.

VI. Address & Delivery Requirements

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a detailed street address where the package can be signed for.
  • Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate to avoid delays or returns.
  • For security reasons, all deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.

VII. Delays & Uncontrollable Factors

  • While we do everything we can to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing, or courier service issues. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
  • In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in communicating with the shipping carrier.
